Navigating the Shift: Finding the Right Digital Marketing Partner for Home Services
Greetings fellow marketers! Today, I find myself in the fascinating yet daunting position of seeking guidance within this community as my company contemplates a pivotal change in our digital marketing strategy.
For context, our current marketing provider has not delivered the results we anticipated. In fact, we’ve witnessed a distinct lack of adaptability to the rapid growth in the Austin area over the last few years. The previous agency didn’t fare much better, leaving us searching for someone who can truly understand and cater to our unique needs.
Recently, we had a meeting with a larger, national firm—let’s just say their name starts with an “R”. While they provided an enticing pitch filled with promises of remarkable results, I am aware that such claims are all too common in the industry. To gain insight, we reached out to another company that has partnered with them, only to learn that their experience was far from positive. The feedback we received highlighted concerns about excessive fees and long periods of lost leads, which is, understandably, a major red flag for us.
