Urgent Help Needed: Sudden Drop in Website Statistics

I find myself in a bit of a predicament that I’d love to get your insights on. Recently, my website experienced a dramatic decline in its performance metrics, and I’m seeking advice on how to navigate this situation.
On April 20th, my site was performing fairly well, with around 135 clicks, an impressive 16,000 impressions, and an average ranking of 12. However, the very next day, April 21st, I noticed a startling drop in my statistics—my clicks plummeted to only 25, impressions fell to 650, although on a positive note, my ranking improved slightly to 10.
This steep decline in clicks and impressions has me concerned. Is this a sign that Google is penalizing my site? Or could it be related to some other underlying issue?
