Seeking SEO Guidance: Our Struggling Gaming PC Business Needs Help

I find myself reaching out in hopes of finding some valuable insights and assistance. I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey three years ago, and while it took a considerable amount of time—nearly a year—for our website to be developed, we’ve since invested significantly in SEO services for nearly two years.

However, despite our efforts, our website continues to attract only a minimal amount of traffic, averaging just 2-5 visitors per day, with some days yielding no traffic at all.

Our business specializes in selling custom gaming PCs in the UK, offering competitive pricing, free delivery, and several unique selling points that we believe enhance our appeal. When we do manage to attract visitors, our conversion rates indicate that our offerings resonate well with potential customers. Unfortunately, the challenge lies in consistently generating sufficient traffic to convert those leads.

As a team, we are relatively inexperienced in SEO. While I’ve invested time in learning about the subject over these past two years, I am concerned we may not have received the best guidance from the SEO agencies we’ve employed, having spent around £6,000 during this period. For a fledgling business like ours, that is a substantial amount.

Using tools such as Ahrefs, I’ve come to learn that we have a Domain Rating (DR) of 17 and a URL Rating (UR) of 29. Semrush is showing an authority score of 16, which is not particularly encouraging.

We find ourselves at a critical juncture where further investment in SEO services is not feasible, and we must find a way to increase our traffic rapidly to sustain our business. If any SEO experts within this community could provide advice, strategies, or tips that could help improve our visibility and traffic, it would be immensely appreciated.
