Ranking Top On Google

How Our Clients Climb the SERPs

First of all you need to decide what your webpage is trying to achieve, and in this exampole page we are going to use climbing the Google SERP as our page goal. What this means is that we are going to make this page an exact guide on how to climb Google rankings for any vertical market, and we are going to show you how to do it.

The purpose of this is so that other internet users reading this guide will be able to climb to the Top on Google rankings after understanding our method, and this will, in turn, enable us to climb the rankings in our own field of SEO.

So let's begin by making it clear that you need to decide what your page's goal is. What will someone have after reading this page that they didn't have before they arrived? This is the goal of your page and the goal of the person who is reading it. You need to make a page with as clear a goal as possible so that Google can line up readers with that goal and your page without hesitation or doubt.

Once you have decided upon the goal of your page, it is time to start thinking about what method(s) your readers should be using to accomplish their goal. The structure of the page and it's met data (titles, descriptions etc.) will then be based upon the steps of these methods so that your readers and Google can clearly understand each part of the process and reach their goals as simply and effectively as possible.

In our example page here, we are going to explain the steps you should take to rank well on the Google SERP (Search Engine Results Page) and how making that page is a guide to how you should be making yours.

What is Google Identifying your Page as Trying to Achieve...?

When you are evaluating your purpose online, it is important to make sure that your purpose is as free of clutter as it can be. When you are climbing the Google SERP, you need to be clear on what market you are competing in, and how your page is going to be more direct, more concise and more effective than any other page describing the same process or method. This is a very important point because the most important person evaluating your page is not a person at all, but a computer. As a result, efficiency matters.

So here we are instructing people on how to climb the Google rankings and to do that we use a combination of tools including 5scribe, ChatGPT and keysearch. The reason we use a few different tools rather than just using ChatGPT to make our page plan and text content, is that GPT is not really capable of generating decent content without being made to. GPT needs to be given a style, an impetus before it creates anything other than just drivel, and this is something you very much want to avoid when creating content online as drivel gets us nowhere.

Taking all of the above onboard, we are going to make a few assumptions

  1. We are assuming that the reader is not that familiar with how Google works or SEO techniques
  2. We are assuming that the reader is not yet employing SEO companies that are updating and organising their content.
  3. Finally we are assuming that the reader does not have a big understanding of WordPress or other blogging software whilst building a website

In light of the above we need to confirm a few ideas. These ideas are very simple parts of what make information valuable in nearly all cricumstances.

Namely that the information is:

So if the information must be regularly reviewed and updated, it stands to reason that it must be easily updated, and the simple truth is that a website is not easily updated. A website tends to be under the control of a web designer or web design company and they have exclusive access to making any changes as they are the custodians od the webserver on which the website resides. This is not in keeping with the information being up-to-date. The latest information is only available from the proper sources, I.E., the company itself.

So in fact, at least a portion of the website needs to be easily changeable by people other than the web designers, and that is where blogging software comes in.

Blogging software, like WordPress, is a website that can be logged into remotely, and updated by anyone with suitable authority to make changes. This means taht you can create a web log or blog that someone in the company can update daily, and that Google will subsequently recognise as being up-to-date, or relevant, accurate and important to our goals. In other words, constant changes refect constant maintenance. Remember that just like with any piece of machinery or property, constant maintenance is a very good thing.

So Here we have our first step...

Step One: Move your Website Over to WordPress

What is Our Method??

Our recommended method is based upon harnessing a few different websites that can help you compile the best content available at a suitable magnitude and regularity in order to prove to Google that you are making a really decent offering to your readers. Our recommended technology arsenal begins with 5Scribe, ChatGPT or Google Bard and LessBS. Using a combination of these websites prudently means you can bring up a site with a huge amount of structural integrity, great ease of use, and excellent, informative content. WordPress will give your site easy access to the best in UX (user experience) so that readers will linger on your site long enough to get involved and then the dwell time will start signalling to Google that you mean business. Once Google start sending traffic your way and your site is ready to engage those people, then you will start to see the results you have been craving.

Step two: Select a great theme on the WordPress page

We currently recommend that you buy a decent theme that suits your line of business. One excellent solution is the GeneratePress package that can give you a great amount of choice for sites ata very reasonable annual cost. With a sensible and beautiful page you can persaude any incoming visitors to interact with your site before they lose patience and fly off to a competitior.

Once you have a suitable looking theme, it is time to start creating your content. The first thing that you need to do is work out the structure of your page so that you can easily assign links to help your readers navigate the page and clarify any interesting or confusing points as they go. To do this you need to adopt a similar technique to Wikipedia, in that you need to be sure that any terms that might cause confusion are linked to an appopriate explainer page. This is a reference page where the reader can research exactly what that term means and how it is related to the article they are reading. This will also allows you to form a chapter and verse style structure that will allow easy navigation. In their quest for easy understanding of your article, readers may skip to a particular paragraph or subject that they are keen to learn about and research without being tangled up in material they are already familiar with.

Content Writing

Step three: Use AI writing tools sensibly

To begin assembling your document structure, we recommend using an online tool named 5scribe. 5Scribe is an AI outline and document creation tool that differs from ChatGPT in that it makes a complete document outline as well as being able to write each paragraph itself. The free trial of the site available when first signed in allows for a few articles to be created for free. The new user is allotted 25 points and an article usually costs 5 or 10 points to create. You may, therefore author five separate article outlinesif they are smaller and only require five points a piece. We can start by adding a few points to help the system outline our document structure:

As you can see we are choosing an expository writing style with a persuasive tone and stipulated a 1000 word article length.

We also want the keywords to be relevant and for this we are going to use the LSI keyword generator to be sure that we have a set of keywords that the AI can generate from that will be useful and relevant.

Once we have the keywords, we can paste them into Google Sheets or Excel and save the document as a CSV file to 'comma separate' all of the terms and then, opening the CSV file in Text/Edit or Notepad we can then copy the terms with commas between each phrase and paste them into 5scribe:

Now we have our relevant terms in 5Scribe we can go ahead and generate our script:

Now we simply ask ChatGPT about each subheading, such as 'What are the power of keywords when planning to conquer Google SEO?' This way we cna build up an article of around 2500-3500 words, which is what we need to be publishing for really effective SEO. Each heading can be 'filled-out by asking ChatGPT pertinent questions based upon the title of each chapter. Once we have our ChatGPT text, we can process it using Less BS ChatGPT HTML Converters to ensure that all of the formatting remains consistent:

The text to HTML converter will work just as well with the text content copied from 5Scribe, so be sure to use it for both the outline and the questions and answer padding text you are pasting-in. Here I am pasting directly into an HTML page as an example and so I will need all of the paragraph and heading codes to make the page legible.
Next we can post our formatted text into WordPress or HTML page to begin creating our site.

We have ascertained that our LSI keywords will be present and the AI has ensured that the readability of our text will be carefully laid out. Now all we have to do is paste the content on our page.

Step four: Pasting our Text into WordPress

Here we can see the resulting page. We have obviously added a few images to brighten the page and to prevent the reader from getting weary of black and white, newspaper type script. Headings and titles must always be in a suitable heading text so that Google can make sense of the article too. In the below I have enclosed several lists inside of a main list that structures the document.

Mastering Google: Unlocking the Secrets to Top Rankings

Introduction: In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is crucial for businesses and individuals alike. And when it comes to online visibility, Google reigns supreme. As the world's most popular search engine, mastering Google can significantly boost your brand's visibility, drive traffic to your website, and ultimately increase your online success. In this blog article, we will delve into the strategies and techniques you need to know to rank higher on Google and dominate the search results.

  1. Understanding the Power of Keywords: Keywords are the foundation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and play a vital role in determining your website's ranking on Google. By identifying and incorporating relevant keywords into your content, you can position your website to attract more organic traffic. Start by using tools like Google Trends to identify popular keywords and phrases that are relevant to your industry or niche. Aim for a mix of highly-searched and long-tail keywords to optimize your chances of ranking higher on Google searches.

Keywords play a crucial role in Google SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for several reasons:

    1. Relevance: Keywords help search engines understand the subject matter of your content, making it more likely that your site will appear in search results when users query those terms.

    2. Search Volume: Keywords with a high search volume can drive more traffic to your site. Identifying and targeting these keywords means you are more likely to attract visitors looking for content related to your niche.

    3. Competition: Understanding keyword competition is essential. Highly competitive keywords are harder to rank for, especially for new or smaller websites. Sometimes, targeting less competitive, long-tail keywords can be more effective.

    4. User Intent: Keywords help identify user intent – whether people are looking to buy, learn, or find a specific website. Tailoring content to match user intent for specific keywords can improve the quality of traffic to your site.

    5. Content Strategy: Keywords can guide your content strategy. By knowing what your audience is searching for, you can create content that meets their needs, which is a key factor in SEO success.

    6. Ranking: Proper use of keywords in your website’s content, titles, meta descriptions, and URLs can improve your ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs), making your site more visible to potential visitors.

    7. SEO Metrics and Analysis: Keywords are essential for tracking and analyzing your SEO performance. Understanding which keywords drive traffic and conversions can help you refine your strategy over time.

Remember, while keywords are important, Google's algorithms also prioritize high-quality, relevant, and user-friendly content. Overusing keywords (keyword stuffing) can negatively impact your SEO. Balancing well-researched keywords with strong content is the key to effective SEO.

  2. Create High-Quality, Optimized Content: Once you've identified your keywords, it's time to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content. Google values fresh and informative content that provides value to the user. Blend storytelling with informative content to engage your readers. Remember to structure your content with clear headings and subheadings for easy readability. Incorporate images, infographics, and visuals to enhance the overall user experience.

Creating high-quality, optimized content for SEO involves a combination of good writing, strategic planning, and understanding of SEO principles. Here are some key steps to help you create content that not only appeals to your audience but also ranks well in search engines:

    1. Understand Your Audience: Before you start writing, it's crucial to know who your audience is. What are their interests, needs, and pain points? Tailoring your content to meet the needs and interests of your target audience can make it more relevant and engaging.

    2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify terms and phrases your target audience uses when searching for information related to your content. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Remember to focus on long-tail keywords as well, as they are less competitive and often more targeted.

    3. Focus on User Intent: Align your content with the intent behind the keywords. Are users looking for information, a specific product, or a particular service? Your content should provide the answers or solutions they are seeking.

    4. Create Valuable and Relevant Content: Write content that is informative, engaging, and adds value to your audience. Make sure it's relevant to the keywords and topics you're targeting. Quality content is more likely to earn backlinks, which are crucial for SEO.

    5. Use Keywords Strategically: Incorporate your primary and related keywords naturally throughout your content, including in the title, headings, body text, meta description, and URL. Avoid keyword stuffing, as it can hurt your SEO.

    6. Optimize for On-Page SEO: This includes using proper header tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.), creating an SEO-friendly URL, writing an effective meta description, and using internal and external links appropriately.

    7. Ensure Readability: Make your content easy to read and understand. Use short paragraphs, bullet points, and subheadings to break up the text. This enhances user experience, which is a key factor in SEO.

    8. Incorporate Multimedia: Use images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia elements to make your content more engaging and shareable. Ensure to optimize these elements with alt tags and descriptive titles.

    9. Mobile Optimization: With the increasing use of mobile devices, ensure your content is mobile-friendly. This means it should load quickly and display well on smaller screens.

    10. Update Content Regularly: Keep your content up to date. Regularly updating your site with fresh content can help maintain and improve your search engine rankings.

    11. Use Analytics to Track Performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track how your content is performing. Look at metrics like page views, bounce rate, and time on page to understand what works and what doesn’t.

    12. Backlinks and Social Sharing: Encourage sharing of your content on social media and strive to get quality backlinks from reputable sites. Both factors can improve your content's visibility and credibility.

Remember, SEO is not just about search engines but about providing a great user experience and offering value to your audience. Balancing these aspects will lead to the creation of high-quality, optimized content.

  3. Optimize Your Website for Google: To rank higher on Google, it's essential to optimize your website for the search engine. Ensure that your website is mobile-friendly, as Google prioritizes mobile-responsive websites. Improve your site's loading speed and optimize your URLs, meta descriptions, and headers with relevant keywords. Optimize your website's navigation to provide a seamless user experience and ensure that search engines can crawl and index your pages with ease.

Optimizing a website for Google involves a comprehensive approach encompassing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Here’s a guide to help you enhance your website's Google ranking:

    1. Keyword Research: Start by identifying keywords relevant to your content and audience. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Focus on a mix of short-tail and long-tail keywords.

    2. High-Quality Content: Create engaging, informative, and relevant content. Your content should answer your audience's questions and provide value. Regularly updating your website with new content can also help improve rankings.

    3. On-Page SEO:

      • Title Tags: Ensure each page has a unique and descriptive title tag that includes main keywords.
      • Meta Descriptions: Write compelling meta descriptions with keywords. These appear in search results and can influence click-through rates.
      • Header Tags: Use header tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.) to structure your content. Include keywords in these headers.
      • URL Structure: Create SEO-friendly URLs that are short and include keywords.
      • Alt Text for Images: Include descriptive alt text for images, incorporating relevant keywords where appropriate.
    4. Site Speed and Performance: A fast-loading site provides a better user experience. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to analyze and improve your site's speed.

    5. Mobile Optimization: Ensure your website is mobile-friendly. Google predominantly uses mobile-first indexing, so a mobile-optimized site is crucial.

    6. Internal Linking: Use internal links to help visitors navigate your website and to help search engines understand your site structure. Link to relevant content within your site.

    7. External Links: Linking to reputable and relevant external sites can add value to your content and boost credibility.

    8. Backlink Strategy: Obtain high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. This can be achieved through content marketing, collaborations, guest blogging, and digital PR.

    9. User Experience (UX): Design your website to be user-friendly. Good UX keeps visitors on your site longer, reducing bounce rates, which can positively impact SEO.

    10. Technical SEO:

      • Sitemap: Submit a sitemap to Google Search Console to help Google find and index your pages.
      • Robots.txt: Use the robots.txt file to control which parts of your site search engines can crawl.
      • HTTPS: Use a secure HTTPS connection to enhance security and trustworthiness.
    11. Local SEO (if applicable): For local businesses, optimize your Google My Business listing, ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across the web, and gather local reviews.

    12. Social Media Integration: While social signals are not a direct ranking factor, they can increase online visibility and traffic to your site.

    13. Regular Audits: Perform regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.

    14. Analytics and Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track your website's performance and make data-driven decisions.

Remember, SEO is a long-term strategy. Consistent effort and updates in line with Google's evolving algorithms are key to sustained success.

  4. Capitalize on Google Trends: Google Trends is a powerful tool that lets you tap into what people are searching for right now. By analyzing trending topics and incorporating them into your content, you can increase your chances of visibility in search results. Stay updated on current events, industry news, and popular searches, and leverage these trends in your content creation.

Remember, while Google Trends is a powerful tool, it's important to use the insights it provides in conjunction with your overall marketing and SEO strategy, rather than relying on it exclusively.

  5. Build High-Quality Backlinks: Building high-quality backlinks from reputable websites is crucial for boosting your website's authority and credibility in the eyes of Google. Reach out to industry influencers, participate in guest blogging opportunities, and contribute to reputable forums and communities to secure valuable backlinks. 11. Social Media Engagement: Use social media platforms to promote your content. While social media links are typically nofollow, they can lead to increased visibility and organic link creation.

    12. Skyscraper Technique: Find popular content in your niche with many backlinks, create something better, and then reach out to the sites linking to the original content to link to your improved version instead.

    13. Press Releases: Issue press releases for newsworthy events or milestones for your business. Distribute them through reputable press release services to gain backlinks from media outlets.

    14. Host or Sponsor Events: Hosting or sponsoring events, webinars, or workshops can attract backlinks from participants, attendees, or industry commentators.

    15. Monitor Your Competitors: Keep an eye on your competitors' backlinks. If they acquire a link from a site, you can also reach out to that site for potential linking opportunities.

Remember, the quality of backlinks often matters more than quantity. Focus on acquiring backlinks from reputable, high-authority sites relevant to your niche. Additionally, avoid any black-hat SEO tactics, such as buying backlinks, as these can lead to penalties from search engines.

  6. Leverage Social Sharing and Engagement: In today's digital landscape, social media plays a vital role in online visibility. Share your content on various social media platforms to expand its reach and encourage user engagement. Allow readers to comment on your blogs, and respond promptly to foster lively discussions. 2. Optimize for Each Platform: Tailor your content for each social media platform. What works on Instagram might not work on LinkedIn. Understand the nuances of each platform and optimize your content accordingly.

    4. Encourage Interaction: Ask questions, run polls, or start discussions to encourage your audience to engage with your content. The more they engage, the more likely they are to share your content.

    8. Collaborate with Influencers: Partner with influencers in your niche to reach a broader audience. Influencers can amplify your content and boost your credibility.

    9. Run Contests and Giveaways: These can be effective in increasing engagement and shares. Ensure the entry criteria involve sharing your content or tagging others.

    10. Share User-Generated Content: Encourage your audience to create content related to your brand or products and share it on your platforms. It increases engagement and trust.

    11. Use Social Media Analytics: Tools like Facebook Insights or Google Analytics can help you understand what types of content work best for your audience. Use these insights to refine your strategy.

    12. Promote Your Social Media Profiles: Include links to your social media profiles on your website, email signatures, and business cards. The easier it is for people to find you on social media, the more likely they are to follow and engage with you.
